Presta Capital is a Kenyan fintech company that builds loan management tools to make borrowing simpler for its clients.

The challenge

Presta wanted customers to reach their loan services from any mobile phone, including phones without data. That meant adding USSD to their existing loan management system without disrupting what already worked.

What we built

We integrated USSD into the existing platform so customers can apply for loans, check their status and make repayments straight from their phones, with no internet connection.

We also extended the application with new features and UI components so the experience stayed consistent across channels. The result let Presta reach a much wider audience.
